The choir is also delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with the Kilkenny Photography Society, which promises to enhance both the visual narrative and outreach of our group. This collaboration will involve talented professional photographers who will be on hand to capture not only our rehearsals and performances but also the special moments that define our choir's journey. By documenting these events, the partnership will help us create a rich visual archive that showcases our growth and achievements. Additionally, the high-quality imagery produced will be invaluable for use across various parish platforms and publications, allowing us to share our story with the wider community in a vibrant and engaging way.
St. Scuithin’s Children’s Choir recently hosted a special Easter workshop, bringing young singers together for a lively and engaging two-hour session. Filled with music, learning, and creative Easter-themed activities, the workshop provided a relaxed and supportive environment for participants to develop their vocal skills. A highlight of the day was the successful recording of several audio pieces, creating a lasting record of their progress and enthusiasm.
As the choir continues to grow, new members are always welcome. Young singers and aspiring musicians of all experience levels are invited to join, with the choir offering a fun, supportive space to build confidence, develop musical ability, and form lasting friendships.
